"Had a taxi pre booked for a wedding, 10 minutes before arrival they cancelled. When calling to try get another taxi they said they don’t come out that far? Stranded at a venue that was shutting at midnight, had to walk in the pitch Black Country lanes to get to our accommodation. Awful service to leave people stranded. If you don’t ‘go that far’ then don’t allow pre bookings & take payment!"

"Just used this company from their office in Wrexham to plassey holiday Village and was charged £12. Which is £4 dearer than the taxi that took us into Wrexham. We are tourists to the area and happy to support the local economy. It is not a nice feeling when it feels like you have been taken advantage of.of. We will not use Incidently the journey from Plassey was on the meter. The journey back was already displaying £12"
