"Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this service, I booked a taxi for the next morning at 6.30am. They did warn me that it was possible no one would be available, but they would ring me back if that was the case. Fair enough, I understand. I wrongly assumed they would ring me back later that day, if they didn’t have the capacity. Additionally I was ringing from an international number, so I asked them is that okay since sometimes a call centre can’t call me back. They said it was okay. The next morning I ring them up at 6.35am and get an automated “your taxi is on its way!” message, but I continue so I can speak to someone. They tell me that they tried and failed to contact me at 6.20am, they have no cars available. Even if I did get the message, 10 minutes is far too little time to organise a new taxi, and they knew my destination was a train station. Frustratingly I missed my train. Try 50005 Skem Express Cars instead, I have never had an issue with them and I wish I booked from them instead."
