"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received while trying to book a taxi through your company. Unfortunately, the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic communication skills and was unable to understand my request. During the call, I was met with hostility and disrespect from the receptionist. She was dismissive of my request, and her tone was aggressive and unpleasant. As a customer, I felt disrespected and undervalued. I was shocked that someone in a customer-facing role could treat me in such a manner. I attempted to explain my request, but the receptionist was unable to comprehend my needs. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I was left feeling powerless and angry. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect from your employees. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist fell far short of my expectations."

"We have tried to use this firm a few times. Tonight again, we have been left high and dry. Booked for 7pm, no taxi, called them at 7:10, advised would be 15 mins, called again at 7:30 and were told they were running behind and would be another 20 minutes. Table booked for dinner and now have to drive. Last Sunday (Mother’s Day), very similar story but had to wait as unable to drive ourselves, so had to just be 40 minutes late. Shocking shocking service. Would rather walk, at least I know I’ll get there!"

"Do not use unless you have no other choice!! Booked 2 taxis for Friday night via their automated booking system - as you can never get to speak to a human being! The first taxi arrived with no problems and received updates by text. The problems came for the return journey!! Pick up was at 22.15 and by 22.30 no taxi had arrived, and I'd heard nothing from Abba Cars, and when I called I got the automated service again which told me they were trying to find us a driver and this kept continuing and so we tried to get an Uber (we were not in an area where you would usually be able to get one) and we were very fortunate that there was one available so we got picked up 45 minutes after our original taxi had been booked for so at least we weren't left stranded."

"When you book a car for 1am, he calls at 12:40 to say he's there and you advise you booked for 1...he then cancels the job, drives off & doesn't tell you. 4 ladies stranded in the snow. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!"

"The worst! Taxi didn't show up on time, so I called and operator said that it was 1-2 mins away. After another 5 mins I called again and was told they were waiting for a driver to be allocated. Don't waste your time with these guys, I subsequently heard others were having similar issues"
