"I would seriously question the level of service provision and professionalism at Knights Chester; as well as, the charging policy. I was charged way in excess of the fees initially quoted - partially because the partner involved billed every hour at his charge out rate - even for basic administration. This is in spite of the fact I was told that a more junior member of staff would undertake most of the work - she attended all of the meetings. Mr Haines also insisted on pointless rambling irrelevant phone meetings (which cost hundreds of pounds). He also billed me for time he spent discussing his families health issues and to watch him eat a meal (in the middle of the afternoon at a meeting he scheduled in a pub!). I have never known anything like it in all honesty."
