"They are always friendly on the phone. And did sort out my courtesy car, which was great. But the only thing I would say is they take a while to respond to you and when you ring up, they say someone will get in touch, but from my experience, it has been months since they got in contact with me. I asked to have an update a month ago and am still waiting for a response. My accident was nearly over a year ago."
