"I would sincerely ask property buyers never use their service. I've been buying a few properties, so i was buying my third property with them. The case drag by 9 months, with the original solicitor who dealt with me left, and the second solicitor always take long time to reply and never really very efficiently chase the case with them not even sure if the seller is still on the case or not, just do all the work. While my original quote is around 800£, i have to pay them in total around 1600£ bill while the case is off due to their irresponsibility. I didn't get the property by the end and has to pay the bill, which caused me and my family a lot pressure and their response is awful. The company also refuse to negotiate even though i felt treated unfairly. The solicitor also never had a call to speak to me. The condition during covid was already very tough, and they have done a brilliant work pushing me to pay, instead of chasing for the seller for my case. I would want to ask them to refund me, as i am totally angry with their service. I hope all the buyers good luck and never come across similar situation that i came across."
