"Excellent adults only site. Pitches big and hard standing. No big trees overhanging dropping twigs etc on your roof or blocking out the sun/light. Two staff we met very helpful and friendly. The best site shop we’ve ever seen. Bus stop to York or Selby right outside site. Shower block clean, modern and water hot and better than most site showers. In our opinion if there are any negative reviews on this site they are untrue. Will definitely return. Thanks to managers/owners for a lovely stay. Lynne & Steve"

"Great site, great location, great facilities, and very clean well maintained facilities, great little shop on site. very friendly owners. Bus stops outside site takes you directly in to York or Selby the opposite way. Lovely walks and cycle rides nearby. Well worth a visit."

"I think the smell from one end of toilet block by the washing up area. Not sure what the problem is. Other than that we enjoyed our stay thabk you. Very handy visiting York via Park and Ride at Design Outlet short drive away. Bus stop at park entrance."
