"Had brilliant 5 star experience at the branch in Sheffield last Nov/Dec. Unfortunately both times I have visited the Birmingham branch the store has been closed within the opening hours. I tried calling the shop telephone number and just had music played at me. The last time I visited there didn't appear to be anyone around for a good 30 mins and then when there was the two employees inside that seemed to be having a meeting, nodded no at me and waved me away as if they were closed. Much better luck at the various other jewellers in the quarter that were more than happy to have me in and help me spend my money"
