She introduced herself and was very interested in Monty and what we did. She put me at ease that she knew what she was doing and was confident in dealing with Monty. She administered his jabs confidently and monty didnt even realise they had been done. She explained why she was using separate flu and tet. They always ask how previous treatments have carried on and if I was happy with the service received. I love the zone days and the text to confirm a time is super helpful and makes sense. Pricing is clear as reception happy to discuss before booking. Payment up front is so much easier as no hidden surprises and I can budget. Also means no invoices are forgotten!"

Answering questions I had about bitting, in relation to my horses mouth and teeth, while giving a very thorough dental investigation. My girl is happy and so am I…. She is a real credit to the team!"

"I lost my lovely old lady this afternoon! She was attended with such caring and compassion by Katie and Laura and their 2 assistants, sorry girls I never even asked your names. Everything was explained in detail, so that I understood that the kindest thing was to let her go. They stayed with us through the whole process in the middle of a field on the hottest day recorded, and then sent me to the house and stayed until she was buried. They even brought me a plait from her mane and tail. I cannot thank them enough for making a traumatic experience much easier. These girls actually CARE! For the horse and the owner. I couldn't recommend them highly enough"
