"The staff are wonderful. They are friendly and very welcoming. On our first visit my Cypriot rescue dog had a complete melt down. Now he cant wait to get into the consulting room. He loves the staff and they are brilliant with him. The whole premises are spotlessly clean and smell fresh. A lovely little practice"
"Appointment booked for 3.50pm today (1st August). Arrived at 3.40pm, to ensure the elderly gentleman and his dog arrived on time. It is now 4.33pm and he is still waiting to see a vet after booking this appointment last Thursday, because they couldn’t book him in before then. Totally unacceptable."
