"After being told we weren’t eligible for a mortgage due to some defaults a few years ago by Haysto an alleged Bad credit mortgage specialist we had all but given up! However we then spoke to David Fearn at SY money and he really went above and beyond to secure a mortgage for us as first time buyers. We were told by Haysto we would need at least 25% deposit and interest would be between 6-7% but David secured a 90%LTV mortgage at a much lower rate.
