"Alissa is a great teacher and, from personal experience, can take someone who could not get on a hoop, in my first lesson, to being able to complete a routine. The classes a full of fun and laughter and a great way to exercise without thinking about it. If you are thinking of giving it a try, my advice would be do it! And you might be as lucky as me and make a new group of amazing friends along the way."
"My daughter had her 12th birthday party with Alissa and it was the most amazing afternoon. Alissa was so patient and kind with the girls and explained everything very clearly. As someone with an invisble illness it's always concerning / scary trying something new, but Alissa has accommodated my needs seamlessly whilst still pushing me to be the best I can be. Her classes are so welcoming regardless of whatever level you're at, and she's genuinely fostered a caring and supportive community in class. I struggle now without my weekly 'hoop fix', and have never felt stronger and more 'able bodied' than I do now!"
