"Very disappointed. Had used previously, but left for offer of free groom elsewhere, which was obviously not appreciated. After my current groomer retired, thought I would return to Cristina as originally my Cockapoo had always looked lovely. Well this time I was so disappointed. Cristina did not ask what I wanted, just said if matted would need to go short. When I picked my dog up, I asked and she said she had not been matted. However, my dog had been cut quite short. Also not to what I would say a good standard at all. (Compared to previous grooms with Cristina and other groomers) I paid for the 2 hours, but was asked to fetch her early. Cash is always the requested payment method. As a side note, my dog always used to have a small trinket on her collar when collected, but not this time. ( I know friends who recently had grooms and received these) To summarise, I am totally disappointed, as grooming fees are expensive but necessary and it would be nice to receive a good trustworthy service."
