"We have been taking Harry our 15 month old ALD here since he was a young puppy. Firstly the location and premises are stunning. Lovely old barn with lots of open space for Harry to use the loo before/after grooms. Puppy Intro visits offered were amazing, we were nervous for Harry being scared but absolutely not with these lovely ladies and the intro sessions. 100% friendly and professional always. Harry looks a million dollars whenever he has visited. Can highly recommend Shelley, she is amazing with Harry, also so very conscious to groom him exactly how we like him to look. We also love the fact they let the dogs ‘roam’ the secure area behind the counter as apposed to him being crated before/after whilst waiting. The little touches they provide, Halloween bows, Christmas Nikki’s etc , make this place special. Very impressed with the COVID secure environment that has been provided throughout the pandemic. Thank you Happy Hounds, you are brilliant at what you do."

"I was recommended Happy Hounds by a friend after needing my spayed 2yr Cocker Spaniel to start being groomed. I have been so impressed with their skill, turning her from a fluffy pup to a sleek one. Most importantly though, Juno is happy at the groomers. It is a lovely calm environment when you walk in, and the dogs are treated with a really high level of care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now."

"My dog has to be shaved under sedation at the vets next door as he is blind and aggressive when groomed. The girls come around and do this in the veterinary surgery. Nothing is too much trouble. The cost is low and they do a thorough job on him unlike a veterinary surgery 'Dunstons' a few miles away who left my dog in a complete mess, and charged my £130 for the privilege. Happy Hounds is amazing and I fully recommend."
