"I made no progress after attending for quite a long time. After a very short time with a new teacher I know I have made huge progress on very basic technique I had not been taught. I did find attitude of the owner quite abrupt at times over a couple of issues. I turned up a few times for lessons that had been cancelled without bothering to tell me. I was put in for an exam without being taught aural as the teacher herself told me she couldn't do it."
