"Good experience with the relationship counselling and dealing with Relate in general. Friendly staff and counsellors. Had issues at some point reaching the office to cancel an appointment, and therefore couldn't cancel in time. After a brief chat, they did actually cancel out the deposit fee for not being able to cancel."

"be careful. We went for counselling as wife was thinking of separating and during the induction, the counselor was extremely biased. Having identified that my wife was angry, she kept listening and nodding whenever she complained (most of the time) and as soon as I started speaking, I was interrupted with "but ... can you see ...". I thought Counselors were supposed to be good at listening. To top it off, she suggested that we go and test for autism! laughable really. It made things much worse. Now my silly wife is convinced I am autistic too!"
