"Absolutely appalling behavior, 8 years I’ve been using this vets and yesterday proved the behavior and attitude of Laura, moody receptionist and today Sonia This practice shouldn’t be allowed as this particular place have had numerous bad reviews on Facebook and google I attended yesterday, young receptionist (think grace) lovely welcoming knows dogs names polite and outgoing but the vet rude and scared of my dog (stuffy the licks a lot) needs ear draining recurring problem last 8 years they still ain’t got to the bottom of it They wanted 77 quid took 2 min for drain 49 quid drops 14 steroids My other dog got neutered for less than this and was there all day! I mention this to other receptionist and was spoken down to and out right rude this grumpy mare has the cheek to say it is what is and surely I can afford it! I casually said this poster that’s says don’t be rude to staff works both ways now the witch came out in her stormed off and spoke to vet! I’m for fair pricing this is too much and her response was tough prices have gone up I have spoken to Sonia today and told Sonia I will be leaving and going elsewhere as the staff minus couple gems they have are not worth being employed representing her ethos and vets4pets mission statement I wasn’t rude and have 2 witnesses who have agreed with this members of staff behavior was unacceptable and rude these two people have decided to go elsewhere after discussing with them"

"Took my cat in for an appointment as he has gotten very ill very quickly and it seemed like all they wanted to do was put him down rather than make the effort to do some tests to see if he could be helped. The vet was trying to tell us what we could and could not do with our pet and kept insisting we had him put to sleep rather than make the very short journey to an animal hospital (20 mins) for further treatment. When they agreed to let us take him they made us wait 35 mins in the waiting room, in which time we could've been at the hospital, while they filled out paperwork and subsequently locked the door to the clinic room. Almost seemed like they were taking him hostage. We did, reluctantly, have to put him to sleep as he didn't respond well to treatment but at least we were given the choice at the hospital which is more than I can say for Vets4Pets. I would avoid this vets and find somewhere more friendly and respectful."

"Until they moved upstairs it was fine but my dog will not go in the lift or is reluctant to go up the stairs. So have changed vets. Went to the new vets the other day and he is fine in there."

"I walked in requesting an appointment at 9:00am to be booked in for 3:40pm. The receptionist was ever so friendly and helped me get my dog onto the scales (which I definitely needed help with!). The vet was friendly, knowledgeable about Bailey and was happy to offer some help even though my appointment was not arranged for this reason. A lovely group of people"
