"Very bad experience. Bought tickets for a show included INSURANCE. On the day of the performance both, I and my husband, we woke up with bad flu. Definitely could not go to theatre in such a state. So first I tried to reschedule the performance. Which is impossible. So thought I will cancel tickets using my insurance. And this is such a issue…very difficult way I finally got hold of a form for GP to fill out. And now I must pay a doctors fee for their signature which nobody will pay me. And still we have no guarantee that they will give us money back. Liars and cheaters. I spent £7,80 on insurance only with other scummy company TicketPlan. What a waste of money."
