"Arshad has a room that is very comfortable which is clean and tidy to have a consultation to get a brief overview of your issues and history. I have to say Arshad is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease with his friendly approach. Arshad found the tightness very quickly and worked to ease the pain I was suffering. I would highly recommend Arshad as being very knowledgeable in his field and gives you some wonderful pain relief which is what you want after any massage. Arshad definitely makes the most of the hour and doesn't waste time talking too much or making you fill in a pile of forms etc. Best private massage place I have been to and definitely the best results I will be going back for another session."
