"I was discharged because I opted for phone appointments rather than in person a couple of times and then cancelled one appointment. After waiting 7 months to see anyone in the first place. I wonder what sort of mental health training these ‘therapists’ have if they can’t understand the weight of depression and anxiety and how it can make appointments difficult for people. I have read the cancellation policy and I did not breach this. What good would this do anyone with mental health issues? I really don’t consider these people to be mental health professionals what so ever."

"Recommending a cup of tea and a bubble bath is not therapy. If anything this service has made me more frustrated as I built up the courage to seek help and the therapy sessions consisted of telling me to get some exercise when most days I can barley bring myself to get out of bed."

"I used the phone service for talking therapy and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the service. I spoke to two people, one for referral and my therapist and couldn't fault them. I would urge people to reach out if they need to and see if this helps."
