"Been here plenty of times and always had a great experience, however, visited on Friday evening with a friend, asked what cocktails they did and we were very rudely told to find a menu on the table and have a look! They were no menus on all tables and we were already at the bar! He could have given us the menu at least! By the time we found one, we lost our queue for drinks. Hopefully this was a one off experience as I’d rather spend my money somewhere a bit more polite"

"Called in for a coffee this morning really nice lounge quite busy, haven't eaten there yet the but the menu looks good. Staff friendly quick service might try a beer next time I'm in town. Prices are reasonable for the town centre."

"Relaxed calm atmosphere for dining upstairs and bubbly environment downstairs for drinking at night. This was our first experience at falco lounge and it was brilliant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Good choice for food and drinks and the staff are so friendly and don't mind a chat either. We had a smokey Joe burger and ultimate chicken burger then for dessert warm brownie with ice cream and sticky toffee pudding. The pitcher is strawberry sling and other drinks were watermelon tea"
