"Me and my partner have used this cattery the woman has been very rude to my partner on the phone when he has rang and said they only accept cats for 5 nights when our cat has spent just 2 nights here before now so was all a load of rubbish very unprofessional and not a good place you don't expect to be spoken to in such a rude way and they didn't like my partner going to the house they would come and pick up the cat and drop him off again all very suspicious not to be trusted diago our cat will never be going here ever again"
