"Decent seats, but popcorns are stale and low quality - but still have to pay £12+ for their smallest combo with drinks. Not the cleanest seats for a cinema but tickets are okay value for money. And they always have off the beaten track Asian movies"

"Very nice cinema, always clean and less hustle and bustle then the vue in westfield which is appreciated!!! Very nice staff. Only issue was when I ordered a tea and it came with steamed milk that was pre- sweetend. And tasted gross. Couldn't take more then a single sip . But the lady behind the counter tried."

"At Vue cinema in W12 you get to watch the best films at a lower price than the cinema in Westfield. You also save time because this theatre in Shepherd Bush square is smaller. At the ground floor there are several low cost shops to buy snacks and drinks. At the end you save plenty of money here. The place is clean, toilets in the main corridor at the entrance, no queues and very relaxing."
