"After finding out there was a stabbing I expected there would be more security however there was not. No pat downs. Nothing. My girlfriend was punched in the face and her lip was split open I spoke to Andy the manager and security who treated me like garbage. None of them cared about the safety of my girlfriend whatsoever. This club should be avoided at all costs. There is no care at all for the people that atten. If you want to feel safe DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLUBTHR MANAGER, BOUNCERS OR ANYONE DO NOT CARE ABOUT UR SAFETY"

"Physically assaulted by a bouncer whilst in the club for just standing against a wall, I was physically grabbed and touched and thrown against the floor. Staff wouldn’t listen to me. Bouncer ended up breaking my necklace as a result of grabbing my neck. Wouldn’t recommend staff and bouncers are rude and are on a power trip"

"I have been going to fiction for several years and usually have had a good time here, however I won’t be returning again after my last experience. I came here to enjoy a night out and had a medical emergency in relation to my disability. This required for me to use the disabled toilet facilities, I asked some of the bouncers inside and they were very nice and said they would get the key to open the door for me to use it, they took me to the front desk to find a bouncer who had a key when a blonde girl at the front desk interrupted and asked what was going on. After I explained my situation she said “why don’t you just go to the normal bathroom” which I explained I couldn’t as the mens bathrooms were all in use. After this she told me that the disabled toilets were out of order and I’d have to find somewhere else to go. Considering that I checked the disabled bathroom before this and there were no signs on the door to say it was out of order and several bouncers said they were working and they went to find the key for me I believe it was a flat out lie (not to mention the attitude of the girl being very condescending and dismissive). I ended up having to leave early to deal with the issue. I emailed Fiction the next day to ask whether the disabled bathroom was actually out of order and received no response. I no longer feel welcome to visit and won’t be doing so. If you have a disability I’d advise to go elsewhere."

"Extremely rude bouncers. Always misusing the little bit of power they have by assaulting girls and not letting people in because how dare the girls raise their voice. Fragile male ego. Feel sorry for the bouncers that cannot function without chauvinism and mysogyny."
