"Booked online. But had to queue at bar to find out what table, then told to sit anywhere . Seemed a little short staffed. But food was very nice and hot. The prices are very reasonable. But waited 50 minutes for Childs ice cream my 3 year old was very upset. I’d asked staff 4 times. With the right amount of staff would easily be a 5 star"

"Bought steak ale pie . looked good. lacked meat.sentvit back. but no one asked why ? I then bought a steak but left that as it was tough. is this why you payup front as from reading other complaints over food no one received a refund. all frozen microwaved food. I've just seen your reply asked around this was put on much later.i didn't eat a mouthful from this pie I'm fuming that you come out with these comments I don't like lies how dare you print lies"

"Booked in for a family meal and we were 12 or 11 people. The food all came out at the same time and was piping hot. The staff was very friendly and managed to put our birthday cake in the fridge which was very kind! My food tasted a bit bland tho"
