"I had a lovely stay. Rooms and bathrooms had newly been refurbished so were lovely. Room was spacious. Reception staff are very polite, welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"It was ok, bit of a bother when wanting to pay with cash, you have to leave a £100 cash deposit, there were no cash points local so had to drive around looking for one. Nice and clean, smart tv does not connect to Wi-Fi so unable to watch Netflix etc. The heating turns off once the room gets warm, which is a pain because you have to wait some time for it to reheat, the night clerk was apologetic and helped us with extra sheets. No curtains in the room, only blinds. The lady on the desk was very accommodating, polite and helpful. I doubt I would return."

"Pros: clean, comfortable firm bed Cons: car park full, had to park roadside. The loo was 5cms from wall. There was nowhere to buy water! OK I'll boil water, the sink had 15cms of water, by placing the kettle under the tap, the electrics got wet, so could not use. For £90 I expected so much more!!"

"Room looks like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month. Dust all over the walls and cobwebs on the ceiling. Dirty lampshade and very ucomfortable bed. Was told there are no other rooms available to swap me to however on checking the website they had 2 rooms available to book for the same night."
