"I started coming to the centre earlier this year after being, quite literally at rock bottom with my mental health. I had to take a break from my work, I was at a point where I couldn’t cope or do things by myself and my anxiety had taken over my life. I found Stuart’s number and he called me and invited me in for a session. Since then, I saw him weekly and I really mean it when I say he gave me my life back. I have had various therapy over the years and nothing has compared to the service I received. I would absolutely recommend the holistic centre, Stuart Morris in particular to everybody and have done on several occasions. It is a wonderful place, you feel relaxed as you enter the doors and leave feeling at peace. I didn’t think anything could help me at the time but I was so wrong. The price is amazing for the service you get and you also get support outside of your hours session. I dread to think where I would be if I didn’t find this wonderful gem of a place. I now wake up feeling grateful to be here and appreciate the small things in life and the quality of my life has improved so much.
