"I first contacted Tracy nearly 4 years ago in the hope she could help me with my fear of flying which I had let control my life for a good 10 years. I was skeptical in all honesty but I was proved wrong! Just 3 sessions changed me from the girl who said "I'll never get on a plane ever again" to the woman who has been able to enjoy many family holidays abroad now with my husband and our 2 young children.
