"I've always liked this bar until last night. The manager was soooo rude and told us off for saying excuse me really polietly to get a drink as nobody told us how the bottomless brunch works. The food was gorgeous though."

"This is a great bar, one of the best we've found in Wakefield for both price and atmosphere. The cocktails were great, 2 for £10 and you get decent measurements in them. We haven't eaten in here yet but we will definitely be back!"

"Really nice food! Chicken kebab was amazing. I went back again and had the parmo! They're not that nice if I'm honest and tasted bland but my friends had burgers and enjoyed them."

"Decided to visit The Grill Pit since they relocated to the Counting House to cure a hangover. Let me just say the food is incredible, I ordered the biggest burger on the menu and it is ridiculous. Every single item on the burger had flavour, nothing was dry or cold so can't fault them about anything. The kinder beuno milkshake was one of the best I've had. Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks aswell. Staff were friendly and attentive to any requests we had."
