"The restaurant is an American diner style and has a bar to one side of it. On sitting down you get a menu of burgers and if you have children the also a colouring book. The food tastes nice but I wouldn't say the best burger I have ever eaten. I prefer slightly smokey cooked burgers. Especially as each burger is on the pricier side. On the day we went service was extremely slow. There was enough survers so I think it was actually the speed of the kitchen that made the time. If it is your birthday they will also come and sing at your table."

"Food was absolutely amazing, but the service at this TGI is ridiculous. Staff are stood around talking to each other so you don’t get served for half an hour and then when you do order food they bring your main at the same time as your starter so it’s sat there going cold! Not one member of staff were polite here and should definitely learn some customer service!"

"12.95 for a flat burger and pot of some sauce. The side salad was extra which was a pile of lettuce and a bit of tomato. Disgusting price. Won't be going here again I'm sure I had same on a trip to Sheffield and it was a lot nicer. Nice reply from them but as I said I will not be going to you again..awful."
