"Initially went for the Fertility MOT and the consultant was very welcoming and patient with us. He listened to our concerns and reassured us in a gentle manner. I guess that’s what made us feel more comfortable. Went for couple of early scans and couldn’t ask for more. It felt like everyone from the consultants to nurses and reception staff were happy to be a part of your journey. Great service, expertise, and overall experience has been fantastic."

"It was very apparent that they were more interested in taking money than in the care or consideration of me as a patient. It was very rushed, unprofessional & patronising. I was given a price list/tick list immediately to be completed although I had already paid for an early reassurance scan and was told I was " like a car going in for an MOT, I may think im here for one thing but may need lots more." The doctor had no interest in any of my history she wasn't even fussed about my last period date, she took one picture and there was no checking of my ovaries or anything more she then told me I needed to come back for a repeat scan. Which obviously I will not be doing there. I do not usually leave bad reviews but as this is such a sensitive experience for people I feel it only right to recommend you go else where."

"I was recommended to this clinic by a good friend. The clinic was very clean. However the staff are a bit discombobulated. I was charged twice from my card on accident which is fine because accidents do happen however, it was a nightmare to get my money back having to keep ringing up and being transferred to different people being told I would be contacted again and wasn’t. I had to chase up constantly. Secondly, the experience I received definitely wasn’t the best/what I expected especially from a private clinic. When I attended my appointment I was diagnosed with PCOS and told I’d have difficulty conceiving. However, I was pregnant at the time but wasn’t informed. Personally I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. The whole point of me going to this clinic was due to inconsistency with my periods I thought I’d be provided with a better experience than the NHS however I wasn’t and the NHS provided a much better service."

"I attended the SureScan clinic for a required ultra-sound scan and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The booking team were friendly and efficient; I came off the call with an appointment within a couple of days. Much quicker than via the NHS when you're looking for answers / to put your mind at ease. I opted for a scan with a consultation (very reasonably priced); a great way to get some answers there and then. My appointment was made with Dr. Kalkat, who has been fantastic throughout the whole process and is obviously exceptionally knowledgeable in her field. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Kalkat’s support didn’t just stop abruptly at the end of the consultation and indeed even at the point I was transferred to another consultant, she remained a point of contact should I have any issues, queries or concerns. Well above and beyond anything I expected! A huge thank you to Dr. Kalkat for all of her help and support."
