"Absolute JOKE. Not a single doctor has any clue as to what they are doing. Not a single nurse has any clue as to what they are doing. The receptionists are god awful. The care is nonexistent. Good luck trying to get sufficient care at all from this disgusting, dirty, USELESS place."

"I have broken my left arm and have extensive painful bruising on the same side. I forgot to ask for strong painkillers in A&E and my daughter told me to pop into my doctor's surgery and they would provide a script. Well that didn't work. The 'receptionist ' told me I would have to put in a request and it would take 3 days???? I note that there is a comment on Kelly Moffat's review that she was told 'receptionists don't deal with prescription requests' but the receptionist I spoke to sure thought she did!!! The receptionist I spoke to was a cut above the rest obviiusly. This surgery was one of the best, but not now"

"Absolutely shocking service! My mum has very complex health care needs and at the moment is under the palliative care team for her bowel cancer. Mum cannot communicate very well therefore its myself who needs to ask for repeat medications. I find the whole process frustrating and not fit for purpose. I am genuinely concerned for the most vulnerable of our community who do not have someone who can do their bidding. I email the designated address for repeat prescriptions, to wait 3 days or sometimes more to find out not everything has been dispensed. Then when I call the surgery to query why they tell me "we are only receptionists, we have nothing to do with prescriptions". Then I have to email again and hope they get it right this time. This is for pain relief, mum is in alot of pain and has been left without because of the ridiculous process they have put in place. I find myself at a complete loose end and do not know which way to turn."

"Almost impossible to get to see a doctor without waiting 2 -3weeks for an appointment, 3 day wait to get a prescription signed off. long auto voiceover before getting to talk to a real person. No feedback to a blood test result unless you ask for one. I was feeling very unwell but was told to go online when I really needed to see a doctor. had to wait ten days to have 6 stiches removed, nurse then told me off for waiting so long!"
