"Useless! No care plan given, 5 appointments, 5 different doctors (I spent 99% of my time repeating the same thing as every appointment was like the first), wrongly diagnosed!, 5 different lots of pills chucked at me (all made me worse, as the 11 lots I've tried before throught life didn't work, so I know pills don't work for me) but no one listened, no counseling offered (I have C PTSD) Confirmed many times before, then chucked back to my doctor! I'm worse now after a year of being with them than ever before. No wonder I'm suicidal. Would have just been better off hanging myself!"

"I think my review got taken down so im reposting. My experience of 1 staff member was really bad. On reporting my concerns they weren’t properly looked into and the managers only real concern was to for cover for the staff member. A chain of errors including some truly shocking ones passed off as a simple mistake. The care of me as the patient is the absolute last concern if a concern at all. There are good staff at this agency but the bad experiences I’ve had far outweigh the good. if you know someone there please look out for them and make it your business to know what is going on"

"Lack of communication. Services will go out of their way to twist your words when they create an issue. A previously positive experience tarnished after waiting 3 months to address issues with the services that work out of here. NHS is a shambles, falling apart from the inside with the problems of the services placed on to the shoulders of clientle who already suffer with mental health issues. It's a joke but I guess that matches the rest of my life."

"Horrendous service. They LOST forms and records. We waited 18 months from initial interview to get any communication despite several emails phonecalls and letters. Then finally after another interview told that we do not meet the criteria for the adapt team. We did 18 months ago but don't now?? So my son will now fester in his mould ridden bedroom, plagued with negative and self sabotaging thoughts ,unable to take care of his personal hygeine. He is already covered in sores but won't see a doctor. HE won't eat without someone bringing him food and basically forcing him to eat because he doesn't want to live as there is no point. Thanks Adapt team for completing undermining all the effort and strength it took to make the first step and actually venture out of the house with support and encouragement. You were our last hope but you didn't listen and made assumptions that have had a detrimental affect."

"This review is solely about my experiences with the Crisis Line. If you want to experience a crisis, phone the Crisis Line and you will get one. And here was me thinking that they might help to de-escalate my crises. There is a culture of dismissiveness, passive aggression, surliness and truculence. On one occasion I was told to 'take it up with the Government'. Another charmer said to me "Well who's the one with the mental illness"...... When I get better I am going to look in to what it takes to become one of these operators and put them out of a job. It really is shamefully bad. They must do something to make this crisis line fit for purpose. As one reviewer said "Thank God for the Samaritans"."
