"I visited a dermatologist through my insurance and got a routine bloods done ( it was something I requested from my dermo and she had nothing to do with the diagnosis) I called the gp surgery to book an appointment as the blood results were not up to the mark and required further investigation. When I told the receptionist about my visit to the dermo and getting routine tests she tells me that ‘ Oh so we pick up the pieces for you’ . I was shocked! Offcourse you do! That’s your job mate. That’s why the government takes taxes from the public so that it can provide services when needed. What do you expect after keeping us waiting in a queue for ages and then treat us like you are doing a big favour. I really hope non of your loved ones have to go through this. The system is falling apart and we are stuck here! Really shameful. Sadly there is no zero or negative star option."

"I got a appointment once in two years because my blood pressure is going up too much but no care available here fed up properly because the doctor on the day of appointment was in rush and after my blood work done I trying to call but it’s busy like always don’t know what to do."

"As mentioned on many other reviews, trying to reach the reception by phone is almost impossible. They now have a new online booking system which has improved things a little, but it can be a bit annoying at times when you need to speak to someone on the phone. Still, it's a massive improvement to what it was previously"
