"Thursday 8 December called at 2.45 pm, 1st in the queue but no answer by 3.20 pm, assumed no one in Reception to pick up a call ? Claygate Pharmacy has been trying to get my prescription since 24 November, they tried 3 more times since with no success ? A repeat prescription for vital thyroxine since 1975/ and eye drops since 1991 ? Regular annual reviews and all as usual so quite puzzled !"

"My experience of the surgery has been great. Staff always helpful and doctors are excellent. They even ring you months later reviewing medical files to suggest preventative treatment. I've never had that anywhere else. Ignore the 'I can't get an appointment in the next 30 minutes' moaners. It's the same everywhere else, doesn't make it a bad surgery."

"It's an utter nightmare trying to get an appointment, but if you are lucky enough to get one, I must say the doctors are excellent. They never seem to be able to get repeat prescriptions right. My overall experience of this place is poor."
