"This place is absolutely unprofessional I was given an appointment for 10am on a Saturday I took the appointment and I left at 8am. Two Separate Trains and one specific bus takes 1 hour and 50 min. I arrive at the bus stop to get there 9:40am the bus wait was 20 min so I was going v to be late called the number to the office straight to voicemail saying they are closed. So I tried calling twice and waited for the bus. Got there 10:30am was met with sorry you are late you can’t be seen. I wasn’t that mad that I couldn’t be seen, I was mad at the fact that they were open that they send their phone lines directly to voicemail stating they are closed it’s not an easy place to get to and all that had to happen was someone answer the phone and being like sorry if you aren’t here on time you can’t be seen, cause I would saved the last 50 min of the journey and went home and rescheduled. So because of that I would give zero stars but I can’t."

"I had my medical today class 1 and it was quite good process. At first I was nervous but then staff made me comfortable, jesse and my AME doctor John was so nice. He treated me with respect and he made all the process very quick and easygoing . Overall would recommend to do your first medical here ."
