Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and should be friendly and helpful. They are clearly going through a period of change however, if anything the changes have only made the GP service even better. They seem to have the best diabetic nurse now and all the new doctors, Dr Khan, Dr Kakad, Dr Thakerar have all been exceptional in providing our family with care."
