"Sadly, do NOT recommend at all. They, like many insurance providers, will find any excuse not to pay - for the sake of your pet, don't waste your money with this company. I've now cancelled my policy with them, I may as well have flushed £200 down the drain for all the use they've been."

"Would not recommend - avoid at all costs. Paid every month as per the policy but when we unfortunately had to make a claim with them they where unhelpful and refused to payout. Not only where they rude and unhelpful but in the initial stages of the claim we had to duplicate the forms and responses from us and the Vet. Please do not use these guys!"

"Buyer beware. As a pet lover, I love my fur baby and have always had her insured. I put my trust in 4paws and trusted should I need to use the insurance i have paid for each month would be worth having. Sadly this was not the case. 4paws did not pay out. Not only did they not pay out the process has taken 5 months. Don't make the same mistake I did. Beware. Insurance does not mean they will pay out. If they can get ouy of paying, they will."
