"DO NOT USE! Booked a taxi for Saturday evening, they never showed. Tried calling several times to see where they were. No answer. No message later or next day to explain why they didn't show. We then called Pacman taxis who had a driver with us within 10 minutes and sorted a return journey. Use Pacman taxis instead. Do not waste your time with Als taxis."

"Booked a taxi for an airport fun to Manchester today. Called back to confirm postcode and address and price , all good. Waited on the road out side my house for 20 minutes !! Kept having garbled messages saying they can’t find me then stopped answering my calls. We live in a small town on the main road that goes through it ! Ended up having to put my 3 and 6 year old in the car and driving to Manchester airport myself so I didn’t miss the flight for work. I would stress to anyone needing a taxi in Bakewell do not use this company .. will mess you around."
