"Taxi pre booked for 9:20pm 4 hours earlier. Contacted the operator Dan several times to ask where is the taxi and when would it arrive. Was given a number of excuses which we’ve heard perviously on other bookings. When asked for his employers contact details was finally told “he didn’t care and it had nothing to do with us”. I would never use this company again as their attitude and lack of customer care is beggars belief. I will be trying to contact the owner of the company to make a formal complaint as they have let us down on several occasions."
