"Unfortunately my taxi was 10 minutes late when I needed to be at the train station on time to catch my train. When I rang up to pay for my taxi, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. No apology given or even acknowledged. The woman on the phone charged more than what the taxi driver said with no explanation and refused to acknowledge the fact the taxi was late. Won’t be using this service again!"
