"My apartment was fitted with Ergonom wardrobes. After about a year, paint from door handles started to peel off. I called Ergonom and the saga starts: it took them two weeks to direct me to the right person and for this person to respond. Then another two weeks for them to find a slot and send an engineer to inspect the work. The engineer made an appointment and I spent the whole day waiting for him to visit but he called at some point, told me he can’t make it and asked if he can come tomorrow. So here I am, waiting all over again - in vain. He couldn’t make it again. He showed up the following day and said they would send me the quote for the repair works (it appears I have to pay for their poor quality), it has been two weeks since and I havent heard from them at all, I still have to keep chasing. Extremely appaling service. Buy your furniture elsewehere."
