"Subcontracting companies like T33 to deliver on their behalf then T33 don’t pay drivers can’t contact them yet DOD continue to use them the reviews speak for themselves stop using no good outfits like T33 listen to reviews from previous drivers the positive reviews are friends & employees check them out"

"This is a review regarding Ana the delivery driver from the Bradford depot. When asked to bring the parcel up one floor to my apartment due to difficulties after my recent shoulder surgery, was met with an audible huff and complaint from her. She then threatened she would take the parcel back then and not deliver it. I offered to help her carry it with my one good arm. When I went to assist she had already brought it up and shockingly dropped it in front of me, on purpose, to show her unhappiness at having to bring the parcel to me. This damaged the box as per the image. Angrily told me she shouldn’t have to drop parcels off at people’s door and stormed off. Absolutely appalling service and I cannot believe she still has a job to be quite honest."

"the worst delivery company out there I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 26th October between 3:00 an 4:00 and then they changed it to 6:40 and now I have to wait till the 27th making out there's traffic issues in my area I checked the map from their depot in Morley that is less than 14 minutes away there is no issues what's the point in paying for next-day delivery with this company not the first time this has happened"

"What a shambles driver say we missed you yet was not at my property. Ranf customer service who said they will get back to me. 1 hr later somone calls says let me ring driver get back to you. Person who called very rude and very unsympathetic no commuication skills. Calls back 5 mins later, the driver will try today again can not gaurantee it but if not then Tuesday as Monday is bank holiday. Absolutle joke dpd."
