"Called the Leyton store for some advice on purchasing a new kitchen and was greeted by Lashmi who provided some great initial information over the phone. I then visited the store and explained my requirements to Lashmi who very kindly explained the pros and cons of various kitchen styles. The whole process was swift and she saved us a lot of time not having to go through the brochure. We are really pleased with experience and highly recommend Lashmi who has extensive knowledge on Howdens product range."

"I am very impressed with the wide range display of kitchen units, work benches and kitchen appliances. The Leyton shop has a large staff to deal with numerous enquiries from many customers. One of the staff named Vijay offer one of the best attention I have ever seen to my deaf girlfriend discussing many aspects of kitchen design and various specifications appertaining to different materials to meet her criteria for her new home kitchen. We are looking forward to receive further service from the company in designing and installing our new kitchen at our home."

"Excellent experience from beginning to end in designing my kitchen to supplying the goods. Hannah Patel who has helped me redesign my kitchen again. She has been absolutely amazing in all areas of giving advice and always there when I called her for advice or something to be changed or replaced . All the team I have spoken to on the phone has been very polite and helpful. When ever I needed something to be changed or replaced was done immediately. I will always go back to them for another kitchen in the future and reccomend it to my family and friends. "Stay away, spent £000's on a kitchen. I paid extra to have the units pre-assembled, despite this 1. Two units damaged, 2. x2 Plinths missing, 3. x6 hinges missing, 4. 2 out of 4 drawer liners were incorrect colour. Clearly, their process of 2 people checking the units and signing the paperwork has failed as the 4th line item was not picked up itself. I explained this to Sales team who were not willing to take ownership, I did not want the hassle so paid £80 more for hinges which were supposed to be included as part of the kitchen. I requested them to visit my home to see the damage. Their sales person visited to have a look at my kitchen who witnessed where the damage was. Despite this Jack Clayton failed to take ownership. The damage is a quality issue not damaged in transit or whilst being put up as they were pre-assembled. Please see the photo's which speak for itself. Spoke to Jack Clayton - Duty Manager who offered 3% discount (£6) which I rejected. I have requested paperwork to see how signed of these units as correct when clearly two incorrect drawer units were sent out. Stay away as them being cheaper are you compromising the quality of the product."
