"Had to have a form signed in the presence of a solicitor. Phoned foys and they got me in straight away, took a few minutes and only cost a fiver."

"Sadly exactly the same experience as the poor review below. Weeks of chasing for an appointment, phone calls and emails not returned or acknowledged. When going in and spending 10 minutes explaining the situation to someone, you are told they will call back and then the next person you speak to has no idea who you are. Incredibly poor service. Do not use for probate! Very distressing when already grieving a loved one."

"Contacted Foys to apply for probate for my late brother, big mistake, do not return phone calls even though they assure you they will, same with emails, visit in person only to be told not in the office today. Lost paperwork, applying for probate in wrong format so have to be resubmitted eleven months on still no nearer been sorted, mean while I have to deal with the mortgage company, utility companies, funeral directors wanting updates as to when they can expect accounts to be settled. This is something I could do without in the circumstances."

"Our first visit and we were pleased with our meals. However it was all a bit rushed as we were still finishing our desserts when we were asked if we would like the bill. We waited just a couple of minutes to meet our friends in the lobby of the hotel which is very spacious with seating far apart. Even though no one else was in apart from staff congregating behind the desk we were told we couldn't sit there without a mask but we could sit one seat away in the crowded bar without a mask. Common sense should have prevailed by the staff."
