"I lived in a flat let by Andrew Louis for over a year and half. Whilst a tenant in this flat Andrew Louis were always slow to respond to any queries or problems about the flat (e.g. renewing contract, repairs etc.). This, however, is not the reason for this review. It has now been almost two months since I have moved out of the flat and I have yet to have my deposit returned to me. They had ample notice of my move-my contract was coming to an end, and I reminded them of this a month before I was due to move out. Our flat was inspected a few weeks before I moved out and no concerns were raised about it. However, with repeated attempts to contact them about the deposit I have received all sorts of excuses about why it hasn't been returned to me yet (for example blaming the TDS for not releasing the funds despite now realising that they never stored my deposit with the TDS in the first place). They have yet to my respond to my latest email about this matter. They had initially gave me a deadline of the 15th November to return my deposit (with no reason for this and 6 weeks after I had moved out) but have not been in contact with me since then."

"Amazing to see this lot still on business. I was a tenant who had trouble and they told our neighbour he was being evicted because of me! He broke into my flat with a knife and tried to kill me. These guys literally put my life in danger whilst breaking the law. Their property was rat infested and had no lighting. Worst letting agent ever. Stay as far away from this business as possible. EDIT Ignore the reply from the firm. I was a tenant of Toxteth property. It looks like they're still as dishonest and incompetent as they were previously."
