"Our first job with them was perfect, definitely 5 stars! The whole process was easy from start to finish. Dave was always available for any questions we had and always responded promptly. The workers came on time on the day (even a bit early) and did a whole built in wardrobe in one day. They were very professional, friendly and patient. The end result is perfect, we are very happy with it! I have now been trying to book a 2nd appointment with them for a while and it has just become impossible. They are poor with answering back and did not turn up to the appointment for the design for 3 days in a row with no contact or explanation on the last day. Even though I would have recommended them after the first job, this time has been a nightmare and therefore it changed my mind on rating and recommendation."
