"I guess once you’ve paid all is ok, when there’s an issue with items, that’s where the good customer service ends. They don’t want to know. There’s no return slip posted with your items. Items aren’t individually wrapped in case you want to return and DEFINITELY have to pay returns for item/items that are cheap smaller than shown on site, mediocre looking. When you call in the phone, he’s so rude telling me to email web, like what? You are on the phone now. Even though I emailed Grace to ask how to return, she said “send it back through the post office or any courier company. You’ll just need to send the consignment number through with it”, to return by post office only to be told at the post office if there’s no barcode I’ll have to pay to return. This is a dishonest practice. By reading the reviews now I see what other customers go through. Customers please make sure whatever you buy you won’t return then you’ll see the results of NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"i bought an ex display sideboard from tides. the description read excellent condition but there may be some scratches or signs of where. when we put the sideboard in our room. the middle draw does not shut properly. i emailed the company and told them of the issue and they did not want to know and were very dismissive. this company has a lot of reviews about there bad customer services and i would have to agree. i have spent thousands with tides previously but i will not be purchasing anything from them again. avoid buying anything from here as you won't get any help if anything goes wrong. i still spent £700 on the sideboard and if i had known it was faulty i would not have purchased it. once they have your money there is no interest in helping you."
