"I had an issue today with my vehicle. I was stranded and desperate. I popped into this place and the staff couldn’t help me enough. The kind gentleman (didn’t catch his name) gave me the tools I needed to rectify the issue with my vehicle and get on my way home. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping me. (I am well aware this is not a Mechanics workshop). Your staff were helpful beyond any expectation or belief! Thank you so much"

"Driving for Bybox ... Nice staff, but 4hrs handballing before 2am set off, with an hour's sorting of rubbish picked up when you return to base, and no breaks possible due to time critical deliveries. Overloaded Vans are possible, Bybox won't fund sufficient to send multiple vans on busy routes. As a result it's quite possible to do a 12 hour shift without any breaks, the wage is about right for night delivery, but the non-stop culture won't appeal to many, making good drivers hard to find, train, and retain. You will be invited to work a full shift to see if it's for you, but you will not be paid for this unless you decide to stay."
