"The layout of the shop looks nice and clean, and the products look good quality in store. But unfortunately the delivered product wasn’t in ‘new’ condition. Ordered 6 chairs, paid £120 each for the chairs to arrive damaged/used (one ripped, two rusty). The chairs also had half of them with stoppers on the bottom and half not. Unfortunately I don’t think the items are made to order and used items are delivered. They swapped the chairs over after the delivery guys questioning what was wrong with them but unfortunately the 2nd batch were again rusty and stoppers missing. I feel if you’re paying for a product it should be brand new, it’s a shame as the look of the chairs are great but the quality and condition not so. Was only offered 50% of our money back for one chair and had to keep chasing for the stoppers to be sent in the post. Really disappointed!"
